Comrade Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, transferred his activities from the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Binh Province to the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh Province from 29/11.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man has just signed and issued Resolution No. 1309/NQ-UBTVQH15, dated November 29, 2024 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on transferring the activities of the National Assembly delegation for comrade Vu Dai Thang.

The resolution stated that comrade Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, transferred his activities from the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Binh province to the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh province.

This Resolution comes into force from the date of signing and promulgation, date 29/11.

Previously, on 26/10, Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo’s decision on personnel work.

At the conference, Party Central Committee member, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Commission Nguyen Quang Duong announced the Politburo’s decision to transfer comrade Vu Dai Thang (Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee) to hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Vu Dai Thang was born in 1975, from Phu Dong commune, Gia Lam district, Hanoi city; professional qualifications: Master of International Relations (WASEDA University, Japan), Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Law.

During his working career, Mr. Vu Dai Thang held the position of Director of the Department of Economic Zones Management, Ministry of Planning and Investment; Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ha Nam province, term 2010-2015.

In the month of March 2018, he was appointed by the Prime Minister as Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment.

In the month of August 2020, the Politburo assigned and appointed him to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee.
