Speaking at the ceremony, representatives of the National University sent their best wishes to the Lao Party, State and people; leaders of Lao provinces and Lao students studying in the province.

49 years ago, on December 2, 1975, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic was founded, opening a new era, an era of peace, independence and freedom. Throughout history, Vietnam and Laos have always maintained and nurtured a special friendship and comprehensive cooperation, including cooperation in education.

Over the years, the National University has welcomed and trained generations of Lao students to study and has always built close relationships between the school’s staff, workers, students and Lao international students.

At the ceremony, the Provincial People’s Committee, the Vietnam-Laos Friendship Association, and the National University presented gifts to Laotian staff and students studying at the school.
